This is a birds accent pillow that gives the feeling of a tropical forest and magical forest.
It’s an hand embroidery collection of pillows, inspired by the traditional portuguese fabric “Chitas de Alcobaça”, with the theme “Birds-of-Paradise”.
Chitas de Alcobaça is a printed cotton fabric with origins in indian fabrics, that came to Europe through the Portuguese in the 15th century, and was highly used in Portugal during the 18th and 19th century.
The birds in this collection were carefully hand embroidery, where time doesn’t have hours and what matters most is the pleasure of having an unique and special piece in hands.
In the back it’s the traditional stripes “Chitas de Alcobaça” fabric in light blue tones, 100% cotton.
